Summary This is the HttpUtility class from Mono, compiled as a standalone package to enable use of helper functions like ParseQueryString without requiring referencing all of System.Web. The code is unchanged from the Mono version except for the namespace (Mono.Web instead of System.Web) to avoid name collision.
